| Description: | Disasters; floods. "The Sea Wall"; which looks like it is not operating the way it ought. DS from high; maybe aerial; of very solid looking wide wall across water; with a few people standing on it; but look! there seems to be a sort of waterfall going over the wall; or through it; since part of the top is not level. That does not seem to fit in with my idea of what a sea wall is supposed to do. Pan left over the rough water; with more water rushing in continuously. Then a close and really exciting dramatic shot of the top of the little waterfall; rocks in FG; with the water on top like smooth ribbons; and then the splashing foam rising; pan on to churning water. Shot of wall from a slight distance; with water pouring in. Looks cool; though I can't figure out just what's going on. Flood; dike; dam; engineering | |
