ECU the hydraulic cartridge- -a rod w/ row of small cylinders along its side; they start to poke out; at the same time water drips from it. Worker using machine to dig a hole; like a jackhammer on a tripod. CU he sticks the cartridge into the narrow hole in the cement. MS man holding machine & glass of water; he takes a drink from the glass to show that it is plain water, then pours it in. He grasps crossbar & starts turning it w/ great effort.
