Wider shot of portion of dam which is 1/3 m. long; this side is vertical; the cranes look quite small from here. Shot looking down slanted brick wall; at bottom is a quite ancient looking castle keep & bridge. Wide shot men (in silhouette against sky) walking along top of dam. Tilt down shot (from crane?) of man walking along top of dam. Pan out over hills; a narrow river or even a stream comes up to the new dam, but farther out a big river between the hills is already blocked by a temporary(?) dam. Tilt up shot of a tower sticking up from new dam; crane at left; pan down tower and wall of dam. Wide shot looking out over quarry area w/ hill sort of carved into terraces; bldgs at bottom, railroad tracks. LS men working in quarry; stacks of stone blocks and bricks. Back to the dam: shots of stone blocks being lowered down side of dam by cranes. A couple wide shots showing huge area for the reservoir which will hold 2 billion gallons of water.
