| Description: | A seal jumps into the water and swims away at the North Pole. The U Tube burrows through the frozen ground to the surface; water fills the tunnel. Three penguins look at the U Tube sticking up out of the ice and ask, "What Ever's That?" A hatch opens on the U Tube and two Germans(the Kaiser? and other military man) stick their heads out. Another penguin yells, "Aliens!" and runs to the other watching penguins. The two Germans step out onto the North Pole. One says, "Oh Papa, Birmingham!" They both fall down and look at each other. Back in Berlin, two soldiers stand watch at the "Hoch Hoch Hoch; Deutschland Tuber Alles" booth. One guard leans against a barrel and as the water flooding the U Tube tunnel gushes out, he falls into the barrel. The convoy of U Tube cylinders wash back up in front of the booth at their starting point. CU of a notice: "Berliner Tag-Rag: ...ght leak in 'U' Tube; All ...rs, except one, have now ...turned. ...rmingham is in flames, ...erpool a wilderness, ...on a mass of smoking rui..." Shot of the "North Pole" with the sign "Peary" hanging on it. A polar bear comes by and replaces the "Peary" sign with a new one: "Don't Hack Off Chips for Souvenirs." As the polar bear runs off, the Kaiser comes up to the pole and calls out, "Willie!." He kicks the sign off the pole and sits down on the ground as the military official walks up. The official gives the Kaiser a boost up the pole. The Kaiser says, "It's Not Mi.." The military official tugs at the Kaiser, jumps up his back and says, "Oh, I Say Papa, ..Are Up..Pole!" | |
