He pulls Chris's tie out and he turns to another man by bar who shows his tie that has been cut (the tip of the small end has been cut off not the whole tie.) MS; of the barman. He pulls Chris's toe out and he turns to another man by bar who shows Chris his tie that has been cut. MS of the three men the barman takes a pair of scissors and cuts Chris's tie, snipping off a piece c.2 inches long. (We learn that this is a memorial tie from 1954 Empire Games.) .XCU of the barman wiping his scissors on his arm. He then puts piece of tie he has cut on to counter and then pulls a pint for Chris.
