The wooded park has been retrofitted to accomidate people with physical disabilities. The segment begins with a ribbon-cutting dedication ceremony. The honors is given to a young woman in a wheelchair. The woman wheels herself down the newly paved trail. Another woman in a wheelchair is behind her. CU of hands reading Braille. Interview with an elderly man who talks to a reporter about the additions made to the park. As he talks, people are moving along the trail. The man states that a paved trail has been installed for eveyone, especially people with wheelchairs and strollers.
