Where we see the consequences: an enemy raid. The woman, reading a newspaper. Headlines of newspaper next day show that a raid was made that night on the dump. Newspaper cutting 'Late News, Sharp Raid on the Eastern Counties'. She hears the voice of the masses: "That's your fault, Mary."
