| Description: | Same as catalog # 511557 COLE GEORGE BRITISH FILM STAR NERO .. SAVE FUEL - TRAILER VS Act between George Cole playing a schoolboy and Alastair Sim playing Nero. They speak to each other in rhyme and ends with Nero telling how he burned down Rome and the boy says he was careless and should have saved it for fuel. Young boy walks around a museum reading a museum guide (Cole). He falls into conversation with a talking statue of Roman Emperor Nero (Sim). Nero tells him, in rhyming couplets, all about his dastardly deeds, ending with the burning of Rome. The boy looks disgusted: "That wasn't just cruel, that was wasting good fuel and that's what I call a real crime". He then smashes a violin over the Emperor's head. End title: "Don't be like Nero - be a good citizen and save fuel". | |
