Eccentric man with large cap and obviously fake moustache is driving a truck recklessly along street, next to him sits his young assistant. Truck drives down street, backfiring, driving recklessly. The driver, wearing a ludicrous fake moustache, is pulled over by a policeman and cited for various offences. The copper then makes an inspection of the truck's tires - he tells the driver that due to his dangerous driving his tires have become worn. The policeman asks for the man's driving licence and rips it up. He kicks the tire in frustration, and it deflates. Title reads: "Rubber is scarce - take care of your tyres". | |
