This is the last straw." He goes to a bar, has a few beers, comes home drunk, and his patient wife and daughter serve him mashed potatoes, which he finds delicious. "Eat More Spuds" says the final title. WS A man enters his dining room and his wife serves supper. He points angrily at his plate. Title: 'Cold sausages and pickles again - this is the last straw'! WS. He walks out and leave his wife and child crying. Title: 'Where's my daddy gone?'. WS Father in bar drinking beer. WS Wife and daughter sad at home. The wife notices some papers on the table. Title: 'New hope is born!' WS The wife hugs the paper to her chest and then she and child get busy. Cut to father in the bar. Title 'The return of the prodigal'.
