Interior post office- - looking along clerks' side of the postal windows - -empty of course. Various shots of the vehicles sitting in traffic which has been impeded by the protesters. Conductors stand in open doorway of tram. LS passengers in bus. MS some passengers crowded onto the open back part of the bus or tram, reading, etc. Cut to CU pocket watch. Then back to MS of men on tram discussing the problem; they seem fairly good-natured; but one man gets off. MS the man stands beside front of the vehicle talking to driver.
