	Description:	Truce Impasse. Red Violations at Kaesong Halt Talks. First pictures of Communist truce violations that brought halt to peace parleys and sharp rebuke by Gen. Ridgeway in Tokyo (Ridgway not shown). During latest sessions, newsreel cameras record armed Communists marching through the neutral area, and one pistol-packing Commie threatens a cameraman (war reporting, danger - though the actual pictures don't seem too scary). Participants in the talks enter building. Armed troops march along path. U.N. representatives exit building and drive off in jeep. Men (reporters? journalists?) sit around, relaxing or waiting, looking bored, a group of them listening to radio.
