Huge crowds turn out to welcome Eisenhower on his visit to Manila. Tokyo, Japan. L/S demonstrators outside Parliament building, they try and force the gates open. M/S young man shouting through megaphone. M/S as gates are taken off and carried away. Various shots as police battle with demonstrators. They try and turn over a police truck. M/S as police spray water from hoses on the demonstrators. M/S people running away. M/S as man walks along wiping water off his face. L/S of the crowds, people run from the police, scenes of general chaos as police turn on crowds. 'Manila' (The Philippines).
