Rio De Janeiro: Rain, floods, and mudslides kill 500 persons. Establishing shot -The aftermath of a storm in a small Missouri town. CU - The destruction of a house. MS - The roof of a building and a tree laying in someone's yard. High Angle Shot - The remains of a building that was torn apart. MS - A house with its windows blown out and it looks like the front door was ripped off. A woman enters the home and a man is following behind her. New York - Its mid-winter the temperature has soared up to 68*. New Yorkers are eating lunch outside with no coats on. CU - Bottom half of a man walking to work carrying his coat in his hand. MS - Girls walking over a bridge in the park. Low Angle Shot - Student sitting on a rock studying. MS - The back sides of an elderly couple sitting on a park bench. MS - A horse drawn carriage in the park. MS - Girls riding their bikes in the park. Establishing shot - In Rio De Janeiro cars are driving through flooded streets. MS - A policeman standing on higher ground directing traffic. CU - The front of cars driving towards the camera through a flooded streets. MLS - People standing at the edge of a low cliff looking at the remains of a bus that was washed over the cliff by the swiftly moving currents of the water. As you can see the whole top of the bus was ripped off. MS - More busses that were swept away by the currents of the over flowing and flooded rivers. LS - Recovered bodies from the river several blocks away. Whole families lost their lives. MS - Overturned car with long grasses hanging from it.
