| Description: | Tape 7307 B Uniforms All footage is animation except for the artist drawing some of the scenes. An artist sketches the Kaiser dressed in an old uniform, He writes the words, "Himmel!...since Parys(?)!" The artist gradually blacks out all of the Kaiser except the shape of the eyes which become the words, "OhOh! I Must Some Uniforms..." The artist finishes detailing the Kaiser in a full Mongol costume complete with horned helmet, ax and sword. A fire appears next to the Kaiser who says, "Atilla." As the Kaiser gestures with his ax, the word, "Atilla," rearranges itself to form "La, Ti, Ta!" The artist sketches a tree? or something beside the Kaiser. He draws the Kaiser wearing a uniform with buttons, a cumber band?, pants and boots and a helmet with a sloped back. The Kaiser is holding a large saber and says, "..uch!" Quick shot of a hand pulling away from a window. The Kaiser is wearing a Red Cross Nurse's uniform. "Red Very Cross Nurse." He waves a white flag. His nurse's cap changes into a pirate hat and he pulls out a revolver and fires it. The artist is drawing a scene of the Kaiser and two other German officers looking at a map/paper of London. Smoke/white blob? enters a giant cannon on one side of the English Channel(?); the Kaiser's head is in front of the cannon. The words, "With Cousin's Wilhelm's Love," are on a huge bullet/cannon shell. The huge cannon shell is fired from the giant cannon on one side of the English Channel(?); the Kaiser's head is still in front of the cannon. The cannon shell falls into the water well short of its target. An officer’s head pops up on the other side and says,” Hullo, Black Maria Bit Short Eh?" Very brief shot of the artist working on a drawing of four women, wearing Greek/roman togas(?), with two swords and shield between them. The two women on the opposite ends each wear a crown; the left one says, "Paris" and the right one says, "Calais." The artist draws the head of the woman wearing the "Paris" crown with the words, "I Think H...Talking In His Sleep!" Back to the drawing of four women, wearing roman/roman togas(?), with two swords and shield between them. The words, "Th...His Sleep" The woman next to "Calais" says, "I Know He Was..gh His Hat." The drawing of four women fade out to a drawing of only the Kaiser's helmet, eyes and handlebar mustache with words, "Till...T A Wink!" His mustache grows and curls out of control. The artist writes, "...anceld Speed" on a black screen. A quick logo titled "Neptune Films" appears with King Neptune rising from the ocean, holding a trident. | |
