WS tilt up of upper part of building, with guy up there on the narrow pole which is swaying to and fro. Building has towers, dome, eagle ornament- -looks like some public building. Closer shot looking almost straight up at the guy; there are 3 little poles sticking out on top like a flat tripod, and his feet are on 2 of these. He starts in a bent over position hanging onto the third one. Then he carefully unbends, rising into a standing position w/ arms spread out. MLS from same height: man doing headstand on pole kicking his feet around. Wider shot of same. The pole is now swaying back and forth drastically!
