| Description: | VILLAGE OF RABBITS Rabbits galore, including some that have been made into coats. Quirky footage of rabbits everywhere in village. Havering, Essex A woman in a rabbit fur coat and hat walks up to the front of a village shop. Another be-furred woman pushing a pram with a little girl joins her. The first woman looks in the pram and we see two black bunnies in there. She strokes them with her rabbit-fur mittens. The little girl is wearing a pixie hood and has her hands in a white rabbit-fur muff. The first woman is carrying a basket with a white rabbit in it. They all go inside the shop. C/U of sign above the door reading 'Butcher's'. Inside, the butcher brings a dead rabbit out from under the counter - the first woman gives a horrified reaction and strokes the white rabbit in her basket. Two women in fur coats walk along a road. A man and woman looking over their garden railings discuss the coats - she seems pretty keen to have one too. The man takes off his cap to scratch his head then walks off. Cut to the woman walking away from her house wearing a long and lustrous rabbit fur coat. Her husband passes her as he walks up to his front door.Rear view of two old men chatting in the street. When they turn round we see they both have rabbits under their coats. A woman walks along a path with a little boy who is walking a rabbit on a lead. Children wait at a bus stop with rabbit-carrying boxes. A woman in a white coat looks at rabbits in hutches and makes notes - probably a rabbit fur farm. A man takes a rabbit out of a hutch and examines its fur. Another man opens the lid of a hutch and pets a white bunny inside. C/U of a badge on a man's lapel. A little boy walks up to the hutch with his rabbit carrier and opens it (a shot in the dark, but could there be a rabbit inside?). | |
