Pig in a field with piglets. C/U of the pig eating. Pigs suckling. Geese and ducks. Cows in a field. Combine harvester. We see stalks ejected from back of harvester. Men build a haystack. Shot of two men on top of haystack with pitchforks. Horse drawn machine for picking up loose hay. Tractor. Plough pulled by tractor. Woman walks to hen house and goes inside to collect eggs. She puts them in a bucket and walks through the farmyard, chickens run out of her way. She goes through a gate. Cows walk around in a field. They look as if they are headed for the milk shed. Inside the milking shed. The cows eat. Woman puts a milking machine on a cows udders. One cow is milked by hand. Outside the woman feeds three calves. A young girl and boy come and help.
