Committee Chairman, Congressman Zeliff of New Hampshire, makes the hearing's opening statement. 10:10:31 Zeliff, recognizes and introduces, Co-Chairman of the Joint Sub-Committee and the Judiciary Sub-Committee On Crime, Congressman Bill McCollum of Florida. Lantos, again, asks that his question be answered. 10:57:05 Chairman Zeliff continues on, but is interrupted by a statement by Congressman. Conyer concerning procedures.
