Watchmakers as he removes the back of the watch. he places his glass in his eye and begins to unscrew the balance wheel and bracket. BCS. Unscrewing the balance wheel bracket and removing the screw with the tweezers. He begins to lift the bracket. CS. Removing the winder and removing the glass case off the watch. VS He places the watch on a small cylinder to protect the mechanism from touching the bench. BCS. Lifting out the balance wheel with the tweezers. CS. Removing the supported section and most of the other bearings. He removes the main spring from its case. VS Man's face. VS The many parts of the watch lying on the bench - he adds to them the broken main spring. CS. Man's face. CS. Placing the parts in a wire mesh bowl in which they can be cleaned. SCS.Placing wire mesh bowl onto cleaning machine and lowering it into liquid. CS. Lowering into Liquid and switching on. the machine turns and the parts on the watch turn in the liquid. CS. Removing new spring from packet. CS. Man's face. CS. Inserting the spring in its case by pushing it out of a cylinder. CS. Man's face. CS. The watch now almost reassembled. He replaces the balance spring and bracket where upon it begins to tick immediately. He replaces the screw into the bracket. He begins to screw it home. | |
