M/S as milk churns are unloaded from a truck. The milk is poured into a big vat. Various shots as girls stir the milk to slow the curdling, good C/U as a girl smiles at the camera. M/S as they check the temperature in the vat and carry on stirring. M/S as they put the solid curd into a machine which breaks it down into small pieces. M/S as the bits of curd are packed into a mould and wrapped in cheesecloth. M/S as the girls carry it out to the ripening room. M/S of a round block of cheese which has ripened.
