| Description: | WESTERN WHIPS AND WHIRLS Stunts performed with a rope - lassoing, knocking the top off a bottle, tying rope in a knot etc LS couple onstage wearing sort of modified western wear; the woman is holding a bottle out in front of her; the man wielding a whip whacks the stopper from the bottle, then goes over and takes a drink from it. MLS now the cowboy dangles rope w/ a weight tied in the end; he flips it up and makes it tie itself in a knot! For some reason this seems to release smoke from somewhere but that part is not explained. Repeat slow-motion of this stunt. MLS the man twirling lasso, in a big loop. He steps through it, lies down while still twirling it above him, stands back up and makes the loop go up and down. Repeat slo-mo. Finally we get the slow version of the first trick, w/ the bottle stopper. | |
