France View looking between trees toward major dam. Closer WS, long building and aquaduct sort of structure at the foot of big curving wall. Closer shot, panning down on water coming out of spillways and foaming down over rocky hillside. title tells us that dam is >200 ft. tall and holds over 50 million cubic yards of water. Shot from one side of dam, panning along wall. LS (but much closer than any previous); part of dam by one of spillways; man walking toward this. View from top looking down (almost vertical) at water pouring over rocks; pan up (away): water swirling at bottom and flowing in a narrowish stream; some of water flows off into a sort of pool held back by another wall; beyond this can see wooded valley. Shot from one side looking across over curving wall holding back lake of water. LS tilt down: worker stands on big pipe (wider than he is tall), adjusting a wheel to control flow of water; pan up (away behind the worker) on more huge pipes lying along foot of wall and going into building at rt. LS workers between slanting wall at left & big pipe at rt. WS panning across area of dam, from wall to where water runs off to join river in BG; looks like town along river; many trees on either side.
