LS building of light colored bricks or stones being constructed, w/scaffolding around it, a few workers; looks as if it is right on the edge of a cliff, w/steep mountainside in BG. Shot looking down cliff where 3 long pipes descend. Wide shot of same: cliff w/pipes going down it at a nearly vertical angle. At foot of mtns, pan on rows of steel masts w/wires. Closer shot of some of the power station equipment. Still closer shot : man standing beisde c. 15 ft. high drums each w/a pair of ridged cones sticking up and wires coming out of these and ascending to the metal framework. Title re. water power. LS train car slowly moving along track, attached to wires above like an electric tram. Great POV from train car, looking forward through front window at criss crossing train tracks, more poles and masts topped w/glass insulators. The train moves through this sort of framework of poles and wires as if through a tunnel. Then shot of train heading into a real tunnel.
