L/S The start of the 6 miles the gun is fired pan as the runners go into the first bend and round into the back straights. L/S As the runners come towards camera, Martin Hyman is leading followed by Bruce Tulloh, M. Bullivant and M. Batty. L/S Crowd. L/S As the runners come into the front straight still in the same order, pan with Tulloh laying second. L/S Crowd. L/S As the leaders come into the final straight Hyman is leading Tulloh. Tulloh spurts past Hyman on the outside and then past a backmarker, M. Batty, and goes on to win easily. L/S Crowd applauding. C/U Tulloh on the left and Hyman pan to C/U of Bruce Tulloh.
