Various men in party attire stand behind him. Cut aways to workers with shovels. At the end of the speech people give Nazi salute. Hitler picks up ceremonial shovel. Various shots of parade of men carrying shovels. Hitler sticks his shovel into the ground. Crowds give salute. A tipper full of earth is emptied out in front of the Fuhrer.
