Samuel Rook, the instructor, puts nine year old girls and 12 year old boys through their paces in gymnastics. Rock's young gymnasts perform floor exercise routines. Samuel Rook believes that teaching these children so young in free movement gives them better chance to achieve results in time to come. Young boys somersault in succession on a vault (vaulting horse).
