For 50 years, Porter Wagoner made a name for himself not only as a singer and flashy dresser, but especially as an ambassador for country music. The cast of his long-running TV show included young Dolly Parton, who joined Wagoner in 1967. The two shared many successful duets and now share fame as country music legends.
