Car stopped along shoulder of rural highway, with sheriff's car behind - someone has been stopped by sheriff; dejected looking teenage girl in miniskirt gets out of car. CU stereotypical fat and suspicious southern Sheriff or Texas Ranger talking on phone "Buford? This is J.W. Tell Judge Tobert I got me another one." VSs of the scene, as we hear Sheriff J.W. telling "Buford' he's caught someone driving a race car in city limits. "Of course I'm sure!" He proceeds to elaborate on specs of car, how powerful it is etc. Phone is passed to the Judge , and after a few words, Sheriff hands the phone to the girl & says "Judge wants to talk to you.' She takes phone and says "Hello? Uncle Ralph?" Cut to split screen with car; a spokes model telling about car and then another window appears with Sheriff J.W. who says "Y'all drive careful now, y'heah?"
