George HW Bush, without regard to one s own personal position, I think every member of Congress, every United States Senator, every candidate whatever it is, should take a position, a firm out-going, forward position, contact the leaders in Hanoi, contact the other members of Congress and make a united front, united we stand, on this one thing.
