Representative Jim Leach (R Iowa) It s more importnatn for the Congress and elected Representatives to see people from back home than otherwise. And as such, to have people come in that are a part of real America, really puts a little different tenure on one s work. It s best when you have family setting, where people are just coming in with a particular perspective. Families have a different attitude. They also have different perspectives.
