Fourth of July parade in Chicago in the 1930s. Marching bands, floats, flags are flying, and tickertape is in the air. Classic long (and wide) shots of the holiday parade up Michigan Avenue past the Tribune Building. At one point a large sign is visible for Forhan's. Floats pass for the Pennsylvania American Legion, and another with a mockup of a small fishing village on it.
