The worst earthquake in half a century rips through Colombia killing at least 100, injuring some 500. Damage is estimated in the millions. Skyscrapers swayed violently during the two-minute trembler. Light, water, and communications were knocked out. A part of a brick wall leans backwards and is broken up. The other parts of the wall are completely broken apart. Homes are completely destroyed.
